Through our policies in environment, labour/human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement, we aim for our business has a positive impact on all those who interact with us.

Environment
- 100% of our electricity is from Renewable sources
- Solar panel roof installation scheduled for H2 2024
- We collect and re-use rainwater
- Use of recycled plastics where possible
Labour / Human Rights
- Staff, customers, suppliers treated with fairness and respect
- Inclusive and non-discriminating employer
- Adjustments made for less-abled staff and visitors
- Learning benefit for all staff
Ethics / Community
- Policy to prevent bribery, fraud, dishonesty, and illegal activity
- Whistleblower and confidential reporting policy
- Support for local charity, nominated annually
- Encourage staff to volunteer for local causes
Sustainable Procurement
- Use of RSPO palm oil or palm-free alternatives
- Preference of suppliers with sustainable accreditations
- Monitor and use shorter supply chain length
- Ensure environmental standards in place at suppliers
